Burner is divided into five systems: air supply system, ignition system, monitoring system, fuel system, electronic control system.

1, the air supply system: the function of the air supply system is to send a certain amount of wind speed and air into the combustion chamber, the main components are: shell, fan motor, fan impeller, air gun fire, damper controller, Plate, spread plate.

1-1, shell: the burner components of the installation bracket and fresh air into the main channel of the airway;

1-2, the fan motor: the main fan impeller and high-pressure pump to provide power to run, there are some burners using a separate motor to provide pump power, the motor is generally 2800 rpm;

1-3, fan impeller: through high-speed rotation to produce sufficient wind pressure to overcome the furnace resistance and chimney resistance, and to the combustion chamber into the air to meet the needs of combustion;

1-4, air gun fire tube: to play a role in guiding airflow and stable wind pressure;

1-5, the throttle controller: is a drive device, through the mechanical link to control the windshield baffle rotation;

1-6, the door baffle: the main role is to adjust the size of the inlet channel to control the size of the air intake;

1-7, diffusion disk: also known as the stability of the pan, its special structure can produce a rotating air flow, contribute to the full mixing of air and fuel, as well as the role of regulating the secondary air volume.

2, the burner ignition system: ignition system is the function of igniting the mixture of air and fuel, the main components are: ignition transformer, ignition electrode, electric high-voltage connection.

2-1, ignition transformer: sub-electronic (inductance) and mechanical two, is a high-voltage output of the conversion components, the output voltage is generally: 2 × 4K V, 2 × 5KV, 2 × 6KV, 2 × 7KV, the output current is generally 15 ~ 30mA;

2-2, the ignition electrode: the high-voltage power through the form of arc discharge into light energy and heat to ignite the fuel, and the use of nickel chrome wire can withstand 1500 degrees high temperature;

2-3, electric high-voltage cable: its role is to send electricity. Can withstand 1.5 million volts.

3, the burner monitoring system: the function of the monitoring system is to ensure the safe operation of the burner, the main components of the flame monitor, pressure monitor, external monitoring temperature and so on.

3-1, flame monitor: its main role is to monitor the formation of the flame, and produce signal reporting programmer. There are three flame detectors: photoresistor, UV UV electric eye and ionization electrode;

3-2, photoresistor: used for light oil, heavy oil burner, its function and working principle: the photosensitive resistor and a three-contact flame relay connected to the resistance with the received light brightness and change, The lighter the light, the lower the resistance, when the voltage applied to both ends of the photosensitive resistor is certain, the circuit current is higher, when the current reaches a certain value, the flame relay is activated, so that the burner continue to work down. When the photoresistor does not feel enough light, the flame relay does not work and the burner will stop working. Photoresistor is not suitable for gas burners
